Bay Breeze on the Bay - Fort Morgan

Almost like being in the country but at the bay! The driveway to the home had a beautiful waterfront view. The outer part of the home was so inviting w/its rocking chair front porch. Next to the driveway is a ramp for those w/mobility challenges which will accommodate a wheelchair or walker. Speaking of driveway, there is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway plus 2 additional spaces across the driveway, if entertaining a large group of 8-10 with parking needed for 4 or less vehicles. The inside is quite immaculate with an open and split floor plan layout, abundant seating & plenty of room to move about comfortably even with extremely large people. The kitchen is equipped w/basic tools, dinnerware, bakeware, service-ware, an awesome center island for prep or serving anything “buffet” style. The backyard has an enclosed lanai on one end, open pergola on the other end centered by a serene fountain. Bonus: the place is super insulated for privacy!! That waterfront view? 2 min max walk!

The place was very clean and roomy. Every room was very comfortable, including the beds. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We were a bit challenged operating the tv channels, but Jessica went above and beyond to fix it for us. She was most responsive and positive to any question or request. I like that she also checked with us the next day to insure all was good. Tammy was on site as property manager and she was also extremely helpful and friendly. We felt like family.
